Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, our company is licensed and insured in the state of Maryland (MHIC #47516).

Q: How much will it cost to get an estimate?
A: Absolutely nothing, we give siding, roofing, gutter and window estimates for free!

Q: What type of siding should I get?
A: The 3 most common siding products people install are vinyl, cedar, and fiber cement. Each type of siding comes with its own benefits based on your home’s location and what you are looking for cost and maintenance wise. Please feel free to send us an email or call and we can help you choose the right product for your home.

Q: How long will it take to install new siding/roofing on my home?
A: The amount of time it will take to finish re-roofing/siding depends on the size of the project and the product used. If the weather is clear of rain/snow, an average single family home will take one day to complete roofing and only one to two days to finish siding installations.

Q: Do you take insurance claims?
A: Yes, we do take on insurance cases and we will work with you and your insurance company to complete the proper paperwork needed for your claim.

Q: How does the process work?
A: Our company’s process is very simple. Send us an email or give us a call and we will set up an appointment to take a look at your home. After taking the proper measurements and inspecting the home, we will send you an estimate to look over. If you approve and would like to continue with our services, we only need a signed copy and then we immediately get to work!

Q: Do I have to be home when the estimate is being done?
A: No, since we do not need to enter the home in order to provide an estimate, we do not need the homeowner to be there; however, we can always set up a convenient time to meet you if you would like.

Q: How will I know what color and style I want to choose?
A: We can always match the existing color of your home if you are looking to have something repaired or would like to stick with what is currently installed. If you are interested in changing the color of your siding/roofing, we are able to provide physical samples that you can take a look at as a reference.

Q: Will a dumpster be put in our driveway/home during the job?
A: No, we do not park dumpsters at homes. Our staff drives a convenient dump trailer that is used at the job site. After the installation is complete, the trailer is then taken away.

Q: How does payment work?
A: We usually request a 25-30% deposit with the signed proposal. When the job is completed and you are satisfied with the work, we will provide you with an invoice where the remaining balance is due upon receipt. If we are doing multiple jobs on your home, we will separate the invoices and send them to you as each job is completed. At this time, we do not accept credit cards and only accept cash/check.
